Advanced Purchase Special:  We offer a 10% discount if paid in full (plus 6.875% sales tax) at time of booking with no refund offered.

Flexible Rate: We understand that plans change and full commitment is not always possible. For that we offer our flexible rate: Half down at time of booking (plus 6.875% sales tax). Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Full refund for cancellations up to 45 days in advance. No refunds after 45 days
